My philosophy

A realistic roadmap to lifelong eating habits must be rooted in pleasure, not pain. Making small, but critical changes to your overall lifestyle (eating, shopping, cooking...can I get an AMEN?!), will translate for the first time into real pay off.

My approach is gentle, but one that fiercely derails the already weakened message of so many ineffective conventional diets and teachings (A.K.A. diet dogma).

I’ll empower you with tools from the heart and serve as your trusted guide to a vibrantly healthy mind, body and soul.

Always in my fridge...
Leafy greens, probiotics, beets and fresh coconut.

Non-negotiable...
Daily green juice. Having a juicer has made healthy living a reality.

Must-have munchies...
Dark chocolate chips and my go-to avocado chocolate frosting are my weakness.

Kitchen toys I can't live without...
My high speed blender is a total game changer. I make raw dips, soups and treats in this baby! ALSO, my dehydrator is beyond! I have made everything from orange chips and watermelon jerky to flax crackers! You will freak at how easy it is to use!

My kitchen is always stocked with...
Plenty of greens and healthy cleaning products.

Don't knock it 'til you try it...
Nutritional yeast...cheesy flavor minus the dairy, plus it’s loaded with B12 (it’s a game changer, I promise!).

Recipe staples always on hand...
Garlic, ginger, lemon, lime, cilantro and avocado... gotta keep your immunity strong!

One ingredient that makes EVERYTHING taste better...
Good salt.. such an easy way to add real flavor to any dish.

My ultimate go-to...
Coconut oil... it solves ALL of life’s problems!!

Biggest indulgence...
My water filter! Once you taste “clean” water you will never drink bottled water again. You will supersede your 8 glasses in a blink of an eye.

How I stay zen...
Putting in my headphones, blasting my Neo-Soul music, and cleaning the crap out of my kitchen!

Current mantra...
Processed is poison!

Most underrated pantry essential...
Tahini.

One piece of health advice...
Eat at least one raw meal a day!
